• All participants in the Pahoia Triathlon 2023 will receive

• T-Shirt

• Goody bag

• Wrist band

• Bikes must be roadworthy

• My Ride Tauranga will be present and may assist with small last minute
adjustments if requested

• Bike helmets, shirts and shoes must be worn during the cycle leg

​

• Participants must obey the road code, marshals and officials at all times

​

• Course may be shortened/changed and is weather dependent

​

•A first aider will be present on the day

​

• Heaps of spot prizes including a children’s bike from My Ride Tauranga

​

Food will be available.
